Summer to Fall Transition Pieces

Los Angeles livin! It’s about 90 degrees out and maybe only the second week of summer…yes it is late August, but those other weeks were WEAK…weather wise of course 😉

Anyway, that got me thinking about transition pieces! While you are planning your fall wardrobe, why not pick up a Micha Design leather scarf. They are light enough to rock for the remainder of summer, yet cool and fashionable enough to spice up fall neutrals. Pair it with a simple tank and shorts now, add a cardigan, tights, and boots later! Beach Business.

Started off the work week (doesn’t really have an end or a beginning) with a couple appointments on Monday. First took some beautiful new designs to our press showroom, PRB. Then, after swinging by the wonderful (and delightfully colorful) Petrozilla boutique on 3rd Street, we started to head out to Manhattan Beach for the next appointment.

 Didn’t want to get in the way at Manhattan Denim, so decided to set up in the dressing room! Space optimization! So cool how Micha Design pieces really fit ANYONE’S style; from bold and edgy, to laid-back classic…and everywhere in between! Anyway, after checking out all the fun stores, we knew we HAD to find some pizza to enjoy while watching the sunset from the pier. After freezing to death (mini skirts not the best beach option at night), it was time to go back to the city.

 Leading us into Tuesday, an office/studio/maniacally productive day! With all the interns in, there was some MAJOR business in full effect. And today, the MD team split up…only for the day, of course; Micha and Hetty knocking some pieces out, and Ramona and I (Jessica) to check out some new boutiques (business, I swearrr.)  Introductions coming soon 🙂 -MD

Right now, we’re planning a Sample Sale that will be held in about 2 weeks. More info coming soon 😉 Not to mention that the new website is gearing up to be launched! Taking a bunch of new product photos, taking measurements, and setting it up to be more buyer-friendly. Can’t wait till everyone sees it!
